AI INVENTORY · AI SYSTEMS REGISTRY

Every AI system in your company, in one register.

Chatbots, RAG systems, custom AI apps, embedded SaaS AI — captured as systems, not just as parts.

Every entry has an owner, a sponsor, a risk tier, an approval state and a runtime link. The Registry connects to the Use Case, Model, Agent and MCP Server registries so the picture stays coherent end-to-end.

When an auditor asks “what AI is running here?”, the answer is one query, not a quarter of forensics.

Module questions, answered straight.

What's an AI System?

Any system that integrates one or more AI models — a chatbot, a RAG system, a custom AI app, embedded SaaS AI. The Registry tracks the system as a whole, not just the parts.

Can we import an existing inventory?

Yes. CSV import is supported. Field mapping is configurable.

How does it stay in sync with what's actually running?

Each entry has a runtime link. When a system is deployed, retired or modified through Kosmoy, the registry reflects it. External systems are kept in sync to the extent the upstream platform exposes APIs.
